We are ActiveAQ
Our company was started by Aaron Woods, who saw within the ventilation space, that there was the space for a new product, that specifically serves Passive House. After 2 years in R&D, ActiveAQ was born.
ActiveAQ is the subsidiary from an industry expert in the HVAC space, Dynamic HVAC, which, over the last 10 years, have consulted and distributed systems within the greater Vancouver area as well as all over Canada. DynamicHVAC’s primary contingency is in commercial ventilation products, where we’ve gained a wealth of knowledge in high intensity indoor ventilation.
ActiveAQ is an industry first, and a revolutionary product in the ventilation industry. With our experience and knowledge in HVAC, we have created a product that can truly change the way you view ventilation systems. Why Passive Housing
The concept of passive housing surrounds a collection of voluntary construction standards, aimed at creating houses and buildings that are comfortable and meet industry standards, while using very little energy. This congruence is achieved by an excellent set of five principles: continuous insulation, airtight construction, optimum windows, balanced ventilation, and minimum mechanical.
With that said, we can now see the centrality of the building’s ventilation system to the overall performance of the unit. This is what sparks our drive, in creating it’s solution. What we strive for is the contribution of our technology to the broader objective of developing energy efficient, pleasant, economical, and ecological housing.
